Employer health coverage safe for now | BenefitsPro
I just read the linked article and am concerned about the message we as consultants and advisers will be providing our employer clients.  The concern that I have is centered around the decision that employers will automatically keep their current benefit structure at the expense and assuredly more cost to their employee's.  The costs that are passed along to the employee's usually include lower benefits, too.

Would it make more sense to approach the solution from a consultative position based on cost or coverage or both?

Should we be more concerned about the costs to the individuals or employee's or the employer?
