The interesting piece of the attached article is that it provides a comparison of the differing cost of healthcare across our country.
I live in WI and we have, arguably, very good healthcare. However, our cost would tend to support that assessment.
From a different perspective, Vermont also has a similar cost per resident as Wisconsin. I am noting this because VT has announced their Exchange rates and Qualified plans (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze). I wonder if in WI we can use their announced Exchange rates as a benchmark for our own potential numbers?
